CCC’s mission is always with the community we serve! We are pleased to announce that our organization has 3 distinct programs designed to provide community support.

CCC is dedicated to funding educational programs for shelters and rescues, focusing on safe and defensive handling, proper intake assessments, and enrichment programs to improve the well-being of the animals.
CCC is excited to offer a unique scholarship for trainers and handlers in Central Virginia who are interested in expanding their knowledge of R+ (positive reinforcement) dog training*.
CCC is thrilled to support community nonprofit service dog organizations by volunteering in whelping and puppy-raising activities.

Scholarship information will be made available in September 2025 on this site, and will be awarded January 2026.
